About the Project

Asia Landbest launched Villa Elena Phase II in the year 2011.

In a 3 hectare property adjacent to their pioneer project, the company created a new subdivision to cater to Filipinos.

The package includes all the features in the semi-complete package as well as fully finished interiors and ceilings, tiles on both the ground and second floor, wall partitions for the second floor bedrooms, and overhead and built-in cabinets at both the kitchen and the bedrooms.

Semi-complete packages are for those who want to personalize and put individual styles and finishes into their homes.
